BioWater Soft Steam Technology
Select Helo heaters, such as the Himalaya, feature a BioWater Technique (BWT) tank that produces gentle, continuous soft steam for a more humid, soothing sauna, or run dry for a classic high-heat session. It effectively gives you two sauna experiences from one heater, a versatile touch that many households love.
Commercial Helo Heaters
For gyms, hotels, spas and shared facilities, Helo offers powerful floor-standing units like the Helo Pro, Laava, SKLE and Magma, engineered for high-traffic, all-day operation with commercial-grade controls and safety features. These are ideal for the demands of a hotel or spa installation in Dubai.
Wood-Burning Heaters
For outdoor and traditional saunas, Helo's Kastor wood-burning range delivers authentic, radiant fire heat with efficient combustion and generous stone capacity, perfect for cabin and garden saunas.
Smart Control With SaunaLogic2
Many Helo heaters pair with the SaunaLogic2 (SL2) WiFi control, a sleek glass touchscreen that works with the Helo mobile app. You can start your sauna remotely, set the temperature, schedule sessions and use a delay timer of up to 24 hours, with compatibility for smart-home assistants. A quality smart sauna control makes daily use effortless.
Which Size Do You Need?
As a general rule, allow around 1 kW of heater power per cubic metre of sauna volume, and upsize for glass doors, stone walls or other uninsulated surfaces that lose heat.
| Heater Output | Approx. Sauna Volume | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| 4.5 kW | Up to ~4.5 m³ | Compact home saunas |
| 6 kW | ~5–8 m³ | Standard home saunas |
| 8 kW | ~7–12 m³ | Larger home saunas |
| 9 kW+ | Larger volumes | Commercial and group saunas |
